Put the filo pastry on the kitchen counter. Cut into quarters with a sharp knife. Put olive oil and water into a small bowl and stir.
Put the cheese in a bowl. Mash with the help of the fork. Add finely chopped parsley and mix well.
Take the first part of filo pastry onto the kitchen counter. Apply the oil mixture with a brush. Then follow the insructions at photos 5-12.
Then, put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Apply a mixture of egg yolk, water and olive oil onto pastries. Sprinkle black seed or sesame. Cook at preheated 200 degree oven untill lightly browned.
Then get mussel shaped patties from oven and serve hot.
