Wash fresh mint. Extract leaves of mint by your hand. Then, put mint leaves a deep bowl. Add granulated sugar, lemon juice and lemon shells into the bowl.
Pour hot water into the bowl. Stir well until the sugar dissolves. Close the lid of the bowl. Leave for at least 1 hour. Then, open the lid of the bowl. Leave to cool.
The mint syrup drain with wire strainer. Close the lid of the bowl again. Leave to cool into the refrigerator. Syrup and store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Put the cold mint syrup into glasses. Upon request, the surfaces can be decorated with mint leaves or ice pieces. Served cold.
