First, Cut the tortillas with the help of a glass. Then put the tomato sauce into a small container. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme and mix thoroughly.
Place the mini tortilla pizzas onto a baking tray. Apply the pizza sauce onto mini tortilla pizzas with a brush. Sprinkle grated cheese onto each mini tortilla pizzas. Then place the finely chopped sausage slices.
Put the mini tortilla pizzas into the pre-heated oven. Cook for 7-10 mins at 200 degrees. Serve hot.
