Put a tablespoon butter into a teflon pan and melt. Add finely chopped onion, green bell pepper, tomatos and stir. Sprinkle spices and close the lid of pan. Cook on low heat at least 5 minutes.
Upon request, red pepper can be added as well.
On the other hand, break 2 eggs in to a deep bowl. Stir thoroughly with a beater or fork. Then, add them into teflon pan. Stir time by time while cooking. Try to keep a bit watery.
Finally, place it onto a serving plate. Serve hot.
