Put minced meat into a deep bowl. Add grated onion onto. Break the eggs.
Then, add finely chopped parsley, bread crumb and olive oil onto minced meat mixture. Put salt and spices. Knead the mixture for 5 minutes. Leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Then, put oil into a deep pan, heat. Get walnut-sized pieces from minced meat mixture. Make oval shape in your hand. Fry in hot oil. Get browned meatballs on paper towels.
Serve fried meatballs with fries.
