    Meat Skewer Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 150 g cubed entrecote meat
    • 1 red pepper
    • 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Thyme, sumac, red pepper, black pepper and cumin
    • Vegetable oil (for frying)

    Preparation :

    Chop the meat chunks. Put them on a deep bowl. Add soy sauce, olive oil and spices. Marinate for 30 minutes. Then, clean red peppers and cut them at the size of the meat.

    Put a piece of meat and red pepper to skewers, respectively. Repeat this process until the materials finished.

    Put a small amount of vegetable oil in a large pan and heat. Then, put the skewers and cook until golden brown on both sides.

    Put the cooked skewers into a serving plate and serve hot.
