    Meat Barley Noodle Pilaf Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 1 cup barley noodles
    • 70 g chopped flaked meat
    • 2 pieces green pepper
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 cups hot water
    • Salt

    Preparation :

    Put a little oil into a deep saucepan, heat. Put chopped meat into the saucepan. Saute for 5-6 minutes. Then, pour a little water onto meat. Cook until tender.

    Put butter and olive oil onto cooked meat. Then, add finely chopped peppers. Sauté 1 minute. Finally, add barley noodles and salt. Saute for 4 minutes. Then, add hot water, stir 1 times. Close the lid of the saucepan. Cook until water is absorbed.

    Remove cooked meat barley noodles pilaf from heat. Leave to rest meat barley noodles pilaf for 15 minutes. Then, serve hot.
