Peel the potatoes and wash. Then, cut into big pieces.
Put the potatoes into a small saucepan. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add hot water until potatoes are covered. Boil the potatoes over high heat. A fork can easily be poked through them.
Drain the water of boiled potatoes. Put butter and kashar cheese onto. Mash with a fork until pureed or mix with blender. Finally, pour milk onto mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Put the mashed potatoes into a serving plate. The mashed potatoes can be served with meat and chicken.
