Begin to make a marinade by placing meats in a medium bowl.
Add milk, olive oil, vinegar, chopped onion and garlic, as you wish you can add soy sauce and spices (bay, thyme, cumin, red pepper, black pepper, coriander...) onto meats. Mix well your by hand. Cover and refrigerate.
Leave to rest 2-3 hours or a overnight in refrigerator. Put a large pan on the stove and heat. Add meats into and cook. Finally, sprinkle salt onto and serve hot.
