    Lady Fingers Cake Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 24 lady fingers
    • 1 bowl milk
    • For Cream:
    • 3 cup milk
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 dessert spoon starch
    • 1 package vanilla
    • 1 tablespoon margarine
    • For Over:
    • 1 package ready chocolate sauce
    • 2 cups milk
    • 20 g dark chocolate
    • Coconut
    • Green powder peanut

    Preparation :

    For cream;put milk, flour, egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla, starch deep into a saucepan and mix well. Then, put it onto a stove. Bake until a thick consistency. Then, add margarine and mix. Remove the cream from heat.

    Place 12 lady fingers into a flat serving dish. 1 dessert spoon each lady fingers with milk to moisten it. Apply the hot cream over them. Put other lady fingers onto the cream.

    For chocolate sauce; Put the milk and chocolate sauce into a deep pan. Bake until a thick consistency. Then, add dark chocolate and mix. Remove from heat and leave to cool until 5 minutes. Finaly, pour the chocolate sauce onto the lady fingers with puding.

    Cover the lady fingers cake. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 night. Decorate with coconut or green powder peanuts. Serve cold.
