Pour 2/3 tomato sauce onto the bread. Pour the yogurt onto the sauce. Finally, put minced meat mixture onto.
Take 1/3 tomato sauce onto the heat. Add small amount cumin, black pepper, thyme and mint onto and mix. Then, pour the sauce onto the iskender kebab with minced meat. Serve hot.
