    Iskender Kebab With Meatballs Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 300-350 g minced meat
    • 1 small egg
    • 1 small onion
    • 1.5 tablespoons bread crumbs
    • 1 sprig parsley
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • 1/2 cup tomato puree
    • 1.5 tablespoons butter
    • 2-3 pieces green pepper
    • 2-3 pieces pita bread
    • Salt
    • Black pepper, thyme, cumin

    Preparation :

    Put the minced meat into a bowl. Add grated onion onto. Break the egg.

    Then add bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, thyme, cumin and finely chopped parsley onto minced meat mixture. Knead the mixture for 5 minutes. Then, leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Get walnut-sized pieces from the meatballs mixture. Give your hands a round or oval shape. Cook the meatballs in hot oil.

    On the other hand, cut pita into cubes. Give the preheated oven. Heat 2 minutes.

    On the other hand, put butter and tomato puree into a small pan, cook for 1-2 minutes. Fry green pepper. Put pita onto a serving dish. Then, pour the whipped yogurt onto pita. Then, pour the tomato sauce onto pita.

    Pour hot butter onto iskender kebab with meatballs. Serve it hot.
