Wash the tomatoes and peel the tomato. Cut in half. Squeeze your hand and remove the seeds.
Chop the tomatoes into small cubes. Pack the chopped tomatoes into small freezer containers or freezer bags, removing as much air as possible. Then, store in the freezer.
When you use the tomatoes, remove from freezer. Thaw the fridge. Tomatoes can be served in meals and sauces.
Prepared winter tomatoes in the freezer can store up to 9-10 months.
