    Ingredients :

    • Cast iron pan
    • 300 g entrecote
    • For Antrikot Marine :
      • 6 tablespoons olive oil
      • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
      • 1/2 tablespoon thyme
      • 1/2 dessert spoon red pepper
      • Optionally 1 clove garlic or powder garlic
      • Salt

    Preparation :

    Then, put sear meat into the oven or pan and cook.
