Wash the red pepper and dry thoroughly.
Then, line them up to the baking tray with grease-proof paper. Bake in the preheated 200 degree oven. Roast approximately 30-35 minutes.
Remove roasted peppers from oven and let cool. Then peel the shells. Remove the stalks. Longitudinal, cut with a knife. Remove the seeds inside.
Roasted red peppers can be served in salads or soups.
