How To Marine Meat With Milk
Ingredients :
- 1 slice entrecote meat
- Milk (enough to cover over)
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- Cumin, thyme, red pepper
Preparation :
Wash the meat. Put the meat into a bowl.
On the other hand, put milk, olive oil and spices into a deep bowl and stir. Gently pour milk mixture onto the meat. Close the lid. Leave to rest at least 2 hours at most 1 days into refrigerator.
