Firstly, wash the chicken breast, put into the saucepan. Peel the onion and garlic. Coarsely chop. Add chopped onion, garlic and parsley into the saucepan.
Then, pour hot water into the saucepan. Add a small amount salt. Put the saucepan onto the stove, let it boil. After boiling, turn down bottom of the stove. Boil for 35-40 minutes. Finally, add the spices, remove from heat.
Then, drain fine strainer chicken juice. Leave to cool. Then, pour the chicken juice into plastic cups. Cover with stretch film onto plastic cups. Put in the freezer.
