Get puff pastry from refrigerator, let stand until softened.
In the meantime, put milk in a deep pan to start preparing the cream. Add the egg yolks, sugar, starch, flour and vanilla. Cook with stirring until get a thick consistency. Then, add margarine. Stir one more time and leave it to cool.
In order to cut the puff pastry with a cookie cutter, place them on a soft cloth. Then, dip the cookie cutter into flour. (Shown at picture 4) This will help us to cut easier. Press down on first, then remove it gently.
Then, put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Cook at preheated 180 degree oven untill lightly browned.
Then get it from oven and leave to cool. Later, put cream between two pastries. Sprinkle powdered sugar over heart shaped puff pastries. Decorate with fruits and serve cold.
