Firstly, prepare your dessert syrup.
For Syrup: Put water and sugar in a saucepan, stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn down the bottom after boiling syrup. Remove the syrup from stove. Add milk onto the syrup. Stirring constantly, leave to warm.
On the other hand, melt butter in a small pan. Apply the oil into a medium sized tray. Take four filo pastry. Put top on top. Apply melted butter onto. Put the four filo pastry on to again. Apply melted butter onto. Sprinkle chopped nuts onto. Make the same process one more time. Finally, Take four filo pastry. Put top on top. Cut with a sharp knife. Heat the remaining butter. Pour melted butter onto hazelnut baklava. Give a preheated 180 degree oven. Cook about 20 minutes.
Remove the turkish baklava from the oven. Leave to cool.
Then, pour the syrup onto warm baklava. Leave to rest for 1-2 hours. Then, serve.
