    Hazelnut Cream Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 200 g roasted nuts
    • 2 tablespoons hazelnut oil or olive oil
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

    Preparation :

    Put the roasted hazelnuts into food processor. Add hazelnut oil or olive oil and powdered sugar on the nuts. Stir until a smooth mass.

    You can put hazelnut cream into glass jars and keep in the refrigerator up to 1 month.

    You can adjust the amount of sugar to suit your taste.
