For meatballs, put the minced meat into a deep bowl. Break the egg on. Then, add grated onion, bread crumbs, salt and spices onto and knead thoroughly.
Leave to rest the meatballs mixture in the refrigerator 30 minutes until. Then take a walnut-sized pieces. Shape by your hand. Put the meatballs into a teflon pan or cast pan and heat. Cook.
Get cooked meatballs in a serving dish. Pour mexico sauce onto. Served hot.
