Bulgur (Cracked wheat) extract. Then wash thoroughly and drain.
On the other hand, boil the green lentils in hot water for about 10-15 minutes.
Chop the garlic and onion. Put the butter in a deep saucepan. Melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic in it and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat. Then add tomato puree. After cooking one minute, add bulgur (cracked wheat) and boiled green lentils, salt and sugar in it. Keep cooking for 1 more minute. Finally, pour hot water into saucepan and stir for one time. Cover the lid. Cook over low heat until water is absorbed.
When the green lentils with bulgur (cracked wheat) meal is cooked, remove from heat. Put a paper towel between the pan and lid. Close the lid again. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Put the green lentil couscous (green lentils with bulgur) onto serving plate. Serve hot.
