    Grape Juice Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 1 bunch yellow grapes
    • 1 bunch red grapes
    • 2 liters water
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • To Decorate:
      • Ice and grapes pieces

    Preparation :

    Wash the grapes. Pour 2 liters water into the saucepan. Slowly heat the grapes and juice to a simmer on medium heat and then simmer for 10 minutes. Stir with a spoon occasionally.

    Turn heat off and cool to room temperature (this will take a couple hours). The grape juice drain with wire strainer. Then, add granulated sugar into the grape juice. Mix well with spoon.

    Leave prepared grape juice the refrigerator 1 hour to cool. Put the cold grape juice into glasses. Upon request, the surfaces can be decorated with grapes or ice pieces. Served cold.
