    Grape Compote Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 2.5 cups fresh grapes
    • 1 liter of water
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cinnamon stick

    Preparation :

    Extract grapes stalks and wash.

    Put the water and granulated sugar into a deep saucepan. Put on the stove. Stir until sugar dissolves over medium heat. Then, add grapes and cinnamon stick into the saucepan. Boil 1-2 times. Remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature.

    Finally, leave grape compote in the refrigerator. Pour the grape compote with the grape items into bowls. Serve cold.
