Peel the gingera and grate. Wash thoroughly lemon. Grate 2 or 3 pieces lemon peel. Then, squeeze the juice lemons.
Put the grated lemon peel in a deep bowl. Add the lemon juice and grated ginger. Put honey and water, mix very well. Finally, add the mint leaves into the container, close the lid. Leave to rest the mixture in the refrigerator 2 hours. Then, a fine strainer to drain.
Put the ginger lemonade into glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices. Serve cold.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or sugar and if it needs to be more tart, add more lime juice.
