Wash the apples. Chop into cubes with shells. Cut the lemon into small cubes also. Peel the ginger and grate.
Put chopped apples, lemons and grated ginger into a deep saucepan. Pour water onto. Put the saucepan on the stove and let it boil. Then, turn down the bottom of the stove. Boil for 20 minutes. Then, remove from heat. Cover the lid and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then, a fine strainer to drain. Put the apple juice onto the stove again. Add the sugar and boil 1 times.
Let cool to room temperature. Leave apple juice in the refrigerator.
Put the apple juice into glasses. Decorate with apple or lemon slices. Serve cold.
