Cut the head parts of the fresh okra with a knife. Remove the funnel-shaped as show at photos. Wash the fresh okra in lots of water . Then, leave to filtering. On the other hand, finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel the tomatoes and grate.
Put olive oil into a deep saucepan. Add chopped onion and garlic onto. Stir 1-2 minutes. After, put grated tomatoes into the saucepan. Stir until 1 minute. Add the fresh okra, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix 1 minute. Cover the lid. Cook over low heat until 5-6 minutes. Then, open the lid. Add hot water onto. Cover the lid again. Stir gently. Cook over low heat 20-25 minutes.
When the fresh okra in olive oil cooked, remove from heat. Leave to cool. Put fresh okra in olive oil into a serving plate and serve cold.
