Put butter into a bowl. Mash well with a fork.
Put finely chopped parsley and dill onto crushed butter. Then, add salt and red pepper onto, mix well.
Share the buttered mixture into silicone cake mold. Leave for 1 hour in the freezer. Then put into a serving dish and serve.
