Cut the broad beans heads with a knife. Divide in half, wash.
Chop the onion and garlic, finely. Then, add flour, sugar, salt, 3 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons water in small bowl and stir with a fork. Now the sauce is ready.
Put 3 tablespoons olive oil in a large pot. Add the onions and garlic. Sauté over medium heat for about 1 minute. Then add broad beans. Put prepared sauce onto pan. Continue cooking for about 2 minutes. Finally, add hot water. Close the lid of pot. Cook over low heat for 40-45 minutes.
When the fresh broad beans with olive oil is ready, turn off the heat. Leave to cool. Then, place on a serving dish. Decorate with dill and yogurt (if you have). Serve cold.
