Cut the broad beans heads with a knife. Divide in half and wash. Peel the carrots and cut it into 3-4 pieces. Put the carrots and fresh beans into a deep bowl. Pour water and sprinkle salt. Cook until tender.
Drain the water of boiled fresh beans and carrots. Put them into food processor. Mix for 2-3 seconds.
Take vegetables from food processor. Put them into a mixing bowl and break 1 egg onto them. Add the chopped dill and parsley, grated garlic and onion. Then add flour and sprinkle salt and black pepper. Mix well with the help of a spoon. The mixture will get a little aqueous (with a little water) consistency.
Put a little (2-3 drops) vegetable oil into a large pan. Wipe the surface of pan with napkin. Then heat pan.
Take a tablespoon of prepared vegetable mixture, put it over to the heated oil. Try not to be too thick. Cook both side of patties.
Finally, take the cooked fresh broad beans patties to a serving dish. As you wish, you can serve hot or cold.
