    Flavored Strained Yogurt Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • Strained yogurt
    • Optionally a small amount white cheese or labne cheese
    • Dill
    • Fresh mint or basil
    • Red pepper flakes
    • Olive oil
    • Salt

    Preparation :

    Put the starined yogurt into a bowl. Add, finely chopped dill and mint, salt, red pepper flakes onto. Mix with a spoon.

    Get balls from the flavored strained yogurt with a ice cream spoon or get little balls the size of walnuts. Put yogurt balls into a serving plate. Pour excellent-quality olive oil over yogurt balls. Cover and keep refrigerated. Then, serve with bread or crackers.
