Peel the onion. Slice 1 cm thick.
Put the butter into a pan and melt. Add salt and pepper onto. Put the onion ring into the pan and saute for 3-4 minutes. Pour a small amount egg whites into onion rings. Then pour the whole egg into onion. Close the lid of the pan. Cook on a low flame.
Remove egg in onion ring from heat. Serve hot.
