Chop onion, finely. Put vegetable oil into a large pan. Add chopped onion. Cook 1-2 minutes. Then, put minced meat and cook. Finally, sprinkle salt and black pepper. Mix well and remove the pan from stove.
Put the 1/2 canned burnt eggplant in a deep bowl. Add yogurt, salt and grated 1 clove garlic. Mix with a spoon. Spread the mixture onto a serving plate. Then, put the mixture minced meat.

How to make burnt eggplant?
