    Diabetic Compote Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 2 green apples
    • 1 pear
    • 30 g dried apricots
    • 5-6 cinnamon sticks
    • 10 g clove
    • 1 lemon"s juice

    Preparation :

    Cut apple and pear into cubes.

    Put 1 liter of water into a deep saucepan and boil. Put the chopped apples and pears into boiling water. Then, add lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, dried apricots and cloves. Boil for 10 minutes.

    Remove diabetic compote from heat. Leave to cool. Then, serve it cold.
