Let stand puff pastries until softened if you get from the refrigerator.
To make cumin paste, put tomato sauce into food processor. Add crushed walnuts, grated garlic, olive oil and the bread crumbs . Sprinkle spices. Mix with food processor.
Then sprinkle flour on the kitchen counter. Put puff pastry onto flour. Open a bit with a rolling pin. Apply prepared cumin with the help of knife. Roll puff pastries tightly. Leave it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Then, take them from refrigerator. Cut rolled puff pastries as a finger thickness. Put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Apply egg yolk on. Cook at preheated 180 degree oven untill lightly browned.
Finally, put a serving dish. Decorate with cheese. Serve hot or warm with a tea or coffee.
