Wash and drain chicken breast. Cut into finger length strips.
Put the cut chicken meat in a bowl. Add salt, curry and soy sauce and stir with your hand. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Roll chicken meat into flour, then whipped eggs, and finally sesame. Fry both sides of chickens in hot oil.
Take the chickens onto a paper towel to drain oil of them. Then, put a serving dish. Serve hot with ketchup and mayonnaise.
