Firstly prepare crepes. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil and salt in a blender or a bowl. Blend about a minute until smooth. Then, put flour onto. Continue blending until smooth like this picture. Then, pour milk little by little onto. Whisk the milk into the flour until it is completely smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Then remove from heat.

Put crepes kebab into greased baking dish. Pour 2 tablespon bechamel sauce onto the crepes kebab. Put kashar cheese slices onto bechamel sauce. Cook at preheated 180 degree oven untill lightly browned.
Then get the crepe kebab from oven. Serve hot.
