    Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 1 medium-sized chicken drumsticks
    • 5 tablespoons heavy cream
    • 4-5 tablespoons barley noodles
    • 1.5 liters chicken stock
    • 1/2 lemon juice
    • 1 pinch of parsley
    • Salt
    • Black pepper

    Preparation :

    Put chicken drumsticks into a deep saucepan. Pour water onto and cook. Put cooked chicken drumsticks on a plate. Chop chicken meats into mini by your hands.

    Add barley noodles into chicken water. Then, put chopped tiny chicken meats and cook.

    On the other hand, put heavy cream a small bowl. Add 1 ladle soup juice onto. Mix well. Then, pour the heavy cream stirring little by little. Boil with stirring 1-2 times. Finally, add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Sprinkle salt and black pepper into the soup. Mix.

    Pour the creamy chicken noodle soup into bowls. Serve hot.
