Break the egg whites into a deep bowl. Add Tomato paste on and mix thoroughly.
Then add egg yolks, margarine, vinegar, salt and spices, mix well. Put the flour and baking powder little by little onto. Knead until you get a soft dough.
Sprinkle a little flour onto kitchen counter. Put the dough on the counter. Open 4 mm thick, with the help of the platen. Cut with cookie molds. Line them up to the baking tray with grease-proof paper. Apply egg yolk onto. Sprinkle Nigella. Give a preheated 170 degree oven. Bake until 30-35 minutes.
Cooked tomato sauce cookies from the oven. Leave to cool. Then serve with tea.
