Finely, chop steaks into julienne. Put the meats into a deep bowl.
For marinate meat, finely chop onion and garlic. Add, chopped onion, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, thyme and cumin onto the meats. Mix. Cover the bowl. Leave the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
For tomato sauce ; put olive oil into a pan. Add tomato paste onto. Cook until 2 minutes. Then, put grated tomatoes onto. Cook until 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt onto tomato sauce. Remove from heat.
Pour vegetable oil into a large pan. Heat the oil. Put meats into the pan. Cook the meats until the water dissapears. Pour water if needed and cook until meat is soft. Sprinkle salt and spices. Cook 1-2 minutes.
On the other hand, peel the potatoes and wash. Chop the potatoes to thickness of matchstick. Put a small amount of vegetable oil in a large pan and heat. Then, put the potato into heated oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Put the yogurt into a bowl. Mix well. Firstly, put fried potatoes on a serving plate. Pour yogurt mix onto. Finaly, put tomato sauce and cooked meats onto. Serve hot.
