Firstly, prepare your dessert syrup.
For the syrup: Put water and sugar in a saucepan, stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn down the bottom after boiling syrup. Boil for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice into the syrup. Boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove syrup from heat, leave to cool.
On the other hand, put butter into a deep bowl. Break the eggs onto. Separate the a egg yolk. Then, put oil, powdered sugar, coconut and carbonate. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Then, add flour little by little. Remold till you get a dough doesn"t stick to your hand.
Get the dough into walnut-sized pieces. Give your hand oval shape. Then, put it in a greased baking tray. Apply egg yolk. Give a preheated 170-180 degree oven. Cook until golden brown.
Remove cooked dessert from the oven . After 1 minute, pour the cold syrup onto dessert with a scoop.
Leave to rest the dessert 40-45 minutes in syrup. Finally, garnish with coconut onto and serve.
