Then, put 2 tablespoons oil in a deep saucepan. Add the drained rice and salt onto. Sauté 3-4 minutes. Then, pour 2 cups hot water. Like rice to cook. Open the lid of the rice after cooking, leave to cool thoroughly.
On the other hand, cut red pepper and pickles into mini cubes. Finely chop dill and green onions. Grate carrot.
Put the cooled rice in a deep bowl. Add chopped pepper, pickles, canned corn, peas and grated carrot. Put finely chopped dill and green onions. Finally, sprinkle a little salt. Pour olive oil and lemon juice onto rice. Mix well.
Place the chinese salad (rice salad) into a serving dish and serve.
