    Chicken Shish Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 500 g cubed chopped chicken breast
    • 1/3 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • Thyme
    • Cumin
    • Red pepper flakes
    • Salt
    • Black pepper

    Preparation :

    Wash the chicken meats and drain. Then, put into a large bowl. Add milk, olive oil, salt, thyme, cumin and black pepper onto chicken meats. Mix with your hands. Leave to rest into fridge for 30-35 minutes.

    Then, dip the chicken meats on the wooden skewers. Put 1 tablespoon oil into a large pan, heat. Then, put chicken shish into the pan. Cook on medium heat.

    Get cooked chicken shish onto a serving dish. Serve with roasted peppers and tomatoes.
