For internal, put egg, olive oil, water and yogurt into a bowl. Beat thoroughly with the help of the fork. Then, add cheese and finely chopped parsley into another bowl, stir. Leave the stalks of parsley in hot water until tender.
Put the filo pastry on the kitchen counter. Apply a half-portion of filo pastry prepared with yogurt mixture. Then, the other half portion of the cover on. Put the filo pastry on a tea plate. Then follow the insructions at photos 8-12. Follow the same procedure for all the other filo pastry.
Then, put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Apply a mixture of yogurt onto pastries. Cook at preheated 200 degree oven untill lightly browned.
Then get bundle shaped patties from oven and serve hot.
