Chop the leek, finely. Put 1 tablespoon oil into a small pan. Add chopped leeks on. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then leave to cool.
Break eggs on a deep bowl. Add milk and oil on it and mix. Then, add baking powder, salt, sugar, corn flour and normal flour. Stir with mixer or wire whisk whisk until the mixture takes smooth and fluid consistency. Finally, add the leek mixture and stir for a while.

Put a small amount of oil in a crepe pan. Heat over medium heat. Put a scoop of cornmeal pancake mixture into pan. Try to spread on entire surface of pan.
When dough begins to form pores, turn the other side with the help of a spatula. Cook the other side for a while. Take the leek pancakes on a serving dish. Put cheese inside, make a roll. Serve hot or cold.
