Ingredients :

  • 100 gr caviar (red caviar)
  • 150 gr olive oil
  • 1 small glass lemon juice

Preparation :

Put caviar into a food processor or rondo (or use a blender). Stir for 4-5 minutes.

Then pour olive oil onto the caviar little by little. Keep stiring at least 5 more minutes.

Finally pour lemon juice onto the caviar mixture. Keep stiring untill it gets white consistency.

You serve caviar with fish. You can also serve caviar with bread at breakfast or at cocktail.
