Put egg, butter and oil into a mixing bowl. Add sugar, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla and mix well. After mixing, add some flour and stir gradually. Knead with your hand until you get a soft dough.
For inside: Put egg white, baking powder and coconut into a bowl. Mix with your hand.
When kneading is complete, take walnut-sized pieces from the dough, roll with your hand. Then put them onto the greased baking tray.
As you wish, you can put coconut mixture inside of cookies as shown at photos.
Put the cookies into a preheated oven at 175 degrees. Cook untill cookies starts cracking up (about 20-25 minutes).
Put water and sugar into a small saucepan. Cook with string until the sugar dissolved. But not to (never) boil the sorbet.
When the cookies cooked, take them from the oven. Drop them into the sorbet for a while and take them from sorbet. Then take them onto a serving plate. Sprinkle some green coconut or peanut powder.
Leave to rest for 3-4 hours and serve.
