Cut broccoli into smaller florets and wash thoroughly. Peel the carrot and potato. Chop into mini cubes.
Then, put olive oil in a deep saucepan. Add finely chopped the onion and garlic onto. Saute until 2 minutes. Then put the chopped carrots. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato paste, saute 1 minute more. Then add the chopped potatoes and broccoli. Put, lemon juice, sugar, salt and hot water, stir 1-2 times. Close the lid of the pot, and cook on low heat.
When the broccoli with olive oil is cooked, remove from heat. Serve hot or cold.
