For the cream of biscuit cakes, Put milk, sugar, egg yolk and flour in a deep pan. Stir well. Cook with stirring until get a thick consistency. When the cream is ready, turn off the heat. Leave to cool with stirring occasionally.
Put the first oatmeal biscuit on a flat serving plate. Put cream onto biscuit. Then put the second biscuit onto first one.
On the other hand, melt the chocolate with Bain-Marie method.
What is Bain-Marie Method?
One container with chocolate to be cooked is placed in another, larger pan containing water that is at the simmering point. This method of cooking surrounds the chocolate with very low heat. So the chocolate melts during the time. This cooking method is also used for custards or white sauces.
A bain-marie cooking method is also known as a water bath or double boiler.
Leave melted chocolate to cool. Then apply onto the second biscuit with the help of a teaspoon.
Leave the biscuit cake snacks at refrigerator for 30-35 minutes. Then serve cold with tea or coffee.
