Wash rice and drain. Put a deep saucepan. Add enough water to cover and a pinch salt. Cook over medium heat until tender.
On the other hand, take 4-5 tablespoon milk in a bowl. Put the starch and vanilla onto and mix. Then, put milk, sugar and rice into a deep saucepan. Get the heat. Stir over medium heat until boiling.
Pour starch mixture into boiling milk. Stirring until 10 minutes to cook.

Get the rice pudding from stove. Let baked pudding cool slightly. Then, leave to cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle crushed nuts onto baked rice pudding. Serve cold.
